Indian summers don't pause for weddings, launches or programmes. We bring the cooling in with the venue: units planned for the space, delivered on our own trucks, installed and looked after until the last guest leaves.
Most of our work is inside the aluminium hangars, tents and halls that Grand Sameer Events builds, so structure and cooling are planned together from day one.

Every venue is different. These are a few of the ways we have cooled them.
Two unit sizes, matched to the space
Big open structures need the 4 ton towers. Stages, VIP rooms and smaller tents are better served by 2 ton units that can sit closer to people. Most jobs use a mix.

Our 4 ton units carry QR asset tags, so each one is tracked from the yard to the site and back.
Planned before we arrive
In a hangar we place units along both long sides with the outlets aimed across the guest area. Cold air is heavier than warm air, so it settles low, where people sit, while the sun heats the roof outside.

Site and load check
Area, structure, open or closed sides, guest count and available power decide how many units go where.
Transport
Units leave our Ujjain yard on Grand Sameer Events trucks, on the same schedule as the rest of the venue.
Installation
Indoor and outdoor units are paired, placed along the décor line and tested before guests arrive.
During the event
Our team stays reachable to adjust settings and handle any unit that needs attention.
Dismantling
Units are packed, checked against their asset tags and returned to the yard.

How many units will my venue need?
It depends on the area, whether the sides are open or closed, the month and the guest count. Send those on WhatsApp and we will reply with a number of units and a quote.
Who arranges electricity at the venue?
Power at the venue is the client's responsibility. Tell us what supply or generator is planned and we will confirm the load our units need.
Is transport included in the rate?
Transport is quoted separately and depends on the venue location.
How do I confirm a booking?
An advance is needed before installation. Damage to units at the venue is chargeable.
Can we rent for a week or longer?
Yes. Longer rentals are quoted per unit for the period, for sites, offices or facilities that need temporary cooling.
Do you work with event companies?
Yes. Much of our work comes through event companies and tent houses who add cooling to their package.
